New Semester: Begin!

Yeah!!!! New classes! So happy! I'm only half way through the first week but I can't get over that this is my last year. It's so weird. It feels like just yesterday when I was trying to be freshman punk princess. Converse all-stars, Good Charlotte concerts, shiznit like that. Anyways, so far, I've had 3 classes this week. I have two more tomorrow. This semester I think is going to go pretty well. I have 2 communications classes (feh) left, Hebrew I, and Dr. Stockdale's Islamic Empires. I enjoyed the last class I had with her, so I'm pretty happy to be in there. Today, I go and see the Fulbright rep on campus. That's almost complete; I began the online application last weekend, and really all that's left is getting references together, finishing the research proposal (and making an "abstract" of sorts), and doing the "non-vitae" vitae. I know that I have just as good a chance as any to get this, but I'm still really anxious about it. I don't go to an ivy league university, I have little to no research experience. So basically, everything is depending on my grades, extra-curriculars, and writing. Breathe.....
