Home.....yeesh.

So here I am sitting at the "family computer center" checking my email, looking for money, as usual. It always seems that when I am on this computer, I'm either looking for money or, I don't know, looking for money. Anyways, I drove home on Thursday evening after ADV 4103 class. Since I wasn't home last weekend for my father's surgery, I felt it best to spend Labor Day weekend here looking after him while my mom is working. It hurts me to see him in pain, but seriously, after such a tough situation, brain surgery in April, an infection a couple months later, and then this, it reaffirms the saying "It REALLY can't get any worse." Fate has no say in this matter. Nothing is allowed to get any worse. Period, end of story.

Other than that I am collecting my references which I pulled from basically 3 very awesome professors. One is my Lambda Pi Eta advisor, one is Dr. Stockdale, and the other is Dr. Sadri in the PoliSci department (also a former Fulbright winner; he went to Kuwait but I have no clue why). And I have to pick up a transcript and then my stuff is all due to the campus Fulbright advisor on September 14. After that, I will at some point be put in front of the campus Fulbright committee to determine whether or not my stuff is worthy of even being sent in. I didn't know that this would end up happening. Oh well, one step at a time.

Oh and I found this. Fuck that. I thought I was Rum Raisin.
You Are Strawberry Ice Cream
A bit shy and sensitive, you are sweet to the core.
You often find yourself on the outside looking in.
Insightful and pensive, you really understand how the world works.
You are most compatible with chocolate chip ice cream.
